Water on the floor in bathroom and room temperature. Toilet so close to sink and bath, not a great design

Fay is incredible, she is really an amazing host and does everything to help you if she can and gave great recommendations. The place is really clean and good value for money. There is no A/C but the fans were good enough to keep us at the right temperature at night. The location in Negril is very convenient and the neighbourhood is pretty quiet and safe.

Nothing really, just not a proper hot shower available but that worked since it's really warm outside (and Fay offered to use another room that had higher temperature). Also be mindful that you have to pay cash, Fay took me to the ATM but if it can save you one trip..

I like the host she is very friendly and welcoming.

The place was filthy. There was no washing machine as advertised. The place needs a really good clean it’s disgustingly filthy.

Fay is always very nice helpfull and hapy easy to communicate , staying is like at the family there , i liked it so much last year that i came again this year Fay has also fantastic shop with art and handycraft

We staid fore one nigh and it was wonderful, Fay was a great host, so helpful, we will stay here next time..

Fay was exceptional, gave us amazing tips and was really helpful. We had booked last minute and she made it work.

There were a few issues with the energy and some rooms bath struggle with water. However, Fay is working on it and very early in the morning had a team checking all the installations.

Big room and very helpful and nice host who helped us a lot with tips. It's super close to Rick's cafe where you also have the closest opportunity to swim. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Besides typical noises like dogs it's a very quiet place away from the street. It's a mix of small AirBnB and a hostel where she lives in the next room :)

It's a 1 h walk to the beach/city center (a lot of cheap taxis / 10 min ride if you don't like to walk). Had some power problems for a few hours (but can happen everywhere in Jamaica). Upper floor is still a construction site.

We have stayed here multiple times, so not sure how much more to say (read my other reviews) except that Fay is a superb host who meets the need every time. Felt safe & secure. Access to kitchen & warm water were welcome bonuses.

Location is great, walking distance to Rick’s cafe, and Ms. Fay is a nice, humble, generous host who welcomes us every time and is present to solve any and all issues. Always a pleasure to stay here.
