Nice place located directly in Kutaisi city center but in really quite area. Owners are hospitable and welcoming.

Actually I've been staying in Kutaisi for a while and this place has been in my list to check out it works or not for a longer term as an "apartment" condition as they stayed. It was good to check before booking a longer term as only 1 night. Neighborhood is actually fine, close and walking distance to the central area and supermarkets and even touristic attractions are near by.

First, the WiFi, internet speed was terrible, you should not trust it says on the page "41 Mbps", you should read other people's review with sorting "WiFi". they gave reviews it was bad and it was. Also, kitchen facility and so on, cleanliness of bathroom, coziness of bedroom...overall, I will not stay again unfortunately. There are lots of accommodation in Kutaisi and you should look at it!
