Downtown guest house

A family run Guest House in the heart of town which is easy to find, in a quiet location and close to many facilities and areas of interest. Check in was super easy and the family were very helpful and friendly. I stayed two nights and I was comfortable and felt at ease. Good WiFi, a small kitchen area and table to sit at. Two single beds. This room is on ground level. I felt secure and safe. Overall great value for money. I'd return.

Room is big. Toilet is normally clean and big. location of the hosue is good - close to main city attractions.

1) Owner's cold attitude in helping in any respect and struggle in communicating in english (except only their daughter); 2) The toilet and the common kitchen is one floor down - it becomes so inconvenient (specialy in cold nights) to go to toilet or to the kitchen, which can be dangerous too as the stairs are too steep and narrow; 3) Owner and his family run this as a source for extra income and not as passion; 4) no good views from room window;

Very good location. Everything was close and at walkable distance. The apartment had private bathroom and little kitchen. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Once there was electricity blackout for couple hours. In the night it was little cold. No hair dryer. Bathroom floor was not clean. Not much of dishes and utensils.

These people is like family they treat me good as a brown man with brown eyes and long hair. There was good heating and hot water and stove to cookup something fast.

I did not get a chance to get a big hug and kiss before i leave because everyone was still sleeping.

Very friendly host family! You’ll be living in a real Georgian house instead of just a hotel, so it feels really authentic. Perfect location within Kutaisi, and extremely affordable!

The staff was extremely nice and welcoming, big, warm room.

Shower/bathroom downstairs.

The place is nearby to downtown. The rooms were clean with ample space. It was quiet neighborhood as well. The owner and the mother is very accommodating also. You can't find at this price in this area really

The room has heater but was a little cold while at night I had to wear double layer to sleep. The room upstairs is a bit old looking but has everything you need.
