Really fantastic location, quiet but very close to centre of town, the rooms were so big and comfortable, warm and very good hot showers as well. Nice, big clean shared bathroom. The family is very sweet. Highly recommended, very good value for money

Perfect location as it was near to the city center. Kutaisi is small city that can be easily navigated by walking. Room is spacious for one at the upper floor. The owner was such a kind guy. He waited me at 1am until I reach the place. A great place to stay in a local area. Only suggestion to keep the bathroom clean. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. Definitely I will comeback.

I came to stay in Kutaisi before the next early morning flight. Asked the owner to help me with the taxi..Was told that it's not their problem and it's to early in the morning .So I should stay somewhere else ( because it's inconvenience to them). At 10pm ( it was dark already) I was given my money back, yelled at and thrown out of this old, not renovated for 30 years house on the street! Would you like it, I certainly didn't! The worth experience ever!
