The place is in a nice, quiet place, and it belongs to someone's house. They have created like a good sized studio and you have everything you need. The place has a lot of potential and is good to spend a couple of nights. The people are friendly and it's good value.

For my standards I think the place was a bit dirty to be honest. I don't want my review to affect, but I think they could pay more attention to the place before someone is coming. The floor wasn't cleaned, the toilet sink had stains, which I had to clean to use, and the cutlery tray as well with coffee stains. There were a few ants in the kitchen counter as well when I arrived, and the rubbish basket could be cleaned too. We only stayed 2 nights, but if you are paying to stay in a place, it should look acceptable!

This guest house was an excellent option for my stay in Kutaisi. I met some nice people there, including the house owners (I suppose) who were friendly and helpful as well. They made me feel very comfortable during my stay and helped me finding a local bus in the city. Also, the property was clean, the beds were nice and it was easily accessible. Great accommodation, all by all.

Well I can't say there was much to dislike here. According to the website I need to fill in something, so I guess the best option I can pick is the staircase upwards, before entering the room, and the bathroom downstairs.

I would suggest mosquito net on windows. Few flying suckers were inside.

The bedroom size was good. The kitchen was small but worked ok. We used the washing machine in the hosts apartment. The host speaks english and it was easy to communicate. Aircondition.

When we arrived the cleaning was not good, they told us about some sickness in family so we borroved a vacuum cleaner and cleaned up ourselves, the floors and the bathroom. The kitchen equipment needs to be upgraded, a couple of wine glasses, some knives and plates was missing. An outside sitting place would be nice, a small table and 2 chears.
