Super big and nice room, with air conditioning, I wasn't expecting that :) good location

Very uncomfortable bed, the mattress was broken and u can feel the springs , i got a back pain.

Great location, just few minutes walk from the center of Kutaisi. Apartment is conformable. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

The property is very close to the city center, yet located in a quiet and peaceful area. Everything matched the description perfectly. The room was spotless and well-maintained. It's actually the top floor of an old house, with the owners living downstairs, which gave me a genuine feel of a traditional Kutaisi home and a glimpse into local daily life. I would definitely recommend it.

I’d suggest providing disposable bathroom slippers, as the shared bathroom is located downstairs. It’s not ideal to use regular shoes, especially since most travelers pack light and typically bring only one pair. Not a complaint—just a friendly suggestion that could enhance the overall experience.
