The Village Resort Palolem

We stayed at "The village resort Palolem". From 23.03 to 02. 04.2026. We had 2 double room. Everything thing is clean and tidy. There are clean towels, hot water too. Rooms were cleaned daily or on our request. There is Wi-Fi and air conditioner. Breakfast is very good and nutritious! We had fruits on breakfast everyday, that was wonderful.) The staff is welcoming, polite. In particular, we want to say "thank you!" for the communication, for swifthelp with the car and the scooter rentals. Thank you for your hospitablity and amazing interaction. See you soon!(~˘▾˘)~

Chambre très propre avec balcon, au calme et très bien située. Le petit dej est très bien, le personnel très sympathique. Possibilité de louer un scooter sur place.

Wir waren als Paar 5 Tage dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.sehr sauber,ruhig und zentral. Es kam immer heiss Wasser und guter Wasserdruck.kein Stromausfall. Wäscheservice hatten wir jeden morgen genutzt und bereits gegen Abend war diese bereit und zu einem angemessenem Preis. Wir hatten Frühstück Toast und früchte mit Tee oder Kaffee inklusive gebucht,war sehr lecker. Auch die Lage ist sehr ruhig und sicher. Zu Fuss in 5 min am Strand und in allen Shops. Sehr zentral gelegen.die Unterkunft organisiert auf Wunsch auch Scooter. Alles hat super geklappt und sehr liebes Personal,sehr familiäres Klima. Herzlichen Dank und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Отель в целом очень понравился: красивый, стильный, с террасами. Чисто, уютно. Холл оформлен в индийском стиле. У нас был большой номер на 1-вом этаже. Балкон с удобными креслами и с подвесным креслом. Большой хороший санузел, я таких санузлов больше в Индии не в одном отеле не видела. Завтраки вкусные. Фруктовый салат, омлет и кофе со сливками и с тостами подавали аккуратно и красиво. Внимательный персонал. По завершении отдыха помоги организовать трансфер-такси для переезда в другой регион.

Отель расположен на третьей линии от пляжа. Поэтому приходилось идти по проезжей дороге без тротуара к пляжу. В номере из-за старой, хотя и добротной мебели немного пахло затхлостью. Кровать большая, но очень твердая. Замки на окнах и на балкон для первого этажа не надежные.

Basically fine but further from the beach than I expected from the listing.

Longer walk to beach than expected, can't take thw shortcut tovrown at night as local dogs can be aggressive.
