Frühstück sehr einfach.

Kein WC-Papier, kein warmes Wasser, sehr unsauber, Feueralarm am frühen Morgen, unbequemes Bett, das Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden.

Not a lot of good things to say about this property. Check-in was a little odd, having to walk to another hotel to pick up the keys. Not a huge deal, but once we arrived at the property, the entrance was dirty and smelled bad. When we got to the room, it looked nothing like the pictures and smelled terrible. The main bed was one of the worst mattresses I’ve ever slept on, there were literally springs poking through the sheets. My wife and I both woke up sore from the springs digging into us. I was tempted to sleep on the floor, which honestly may have been more comfortable, except the carpet and floors were dirty as well. The rooms were not soundproof at all. We could hear all kinds of noise from other guests throughout the night, and there was a very strong smell of smoke and marijuana coming from neighboring rooms that seeped into ours. To make matters worse, the building fire alarms went off three separate times in the middle of the night. The next morning, we tried to shower before getting out of there. The shower was disgusting, and there was black mold all over the ceiling and wall. There was no water pressure or hot water, so we ended up taking cold showers. Then after stepping out of the shower, my foot nearly fell through a rotten section of floor that had simply been covered over with flooring material. Would not recommend this property to anyone. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else. By the end of it, we were honestly laughing because the whole experience was comically bad.

The bed was infested with bed bugs. I couldn’t stay. Got up at midnight and left. I can see from reviews others have had this problem. This is totally unacceptable. I have complained to the local authority environmental health department. I have also complained to booking . Com.

Rien, seul l’emplacement est correct, mais ils n’y sont pour rien, je n’ai rien aimé dans cet établissement

Tout. Aucune sécurité dans l’immeuble, entrée à 22h comme dans un moulin, présence de jeunes personnes, sales, dans le hall, pas d’eau chaude pour la douche. Paroi de douche cassée, moquette sale et tachée, pas d’ampoule dans les lampes, pas de pile dans la télécommande, rien pour accrocher sa serviette si on se douchait ( à l’eau froide ), toilettes qui fuient… et punaises de lit !
