Booked this as I was working in the area and it was the cheapest by far - I left 40 min into my stay and found another hotel. Picked up the key along the street from another building made my way into what looked like a building site with shoddy signage pointing me to my room - Arrived at the room and it was dark and cold. Felt like a detention centre, electrical appliance wires sticking out the walls and a horrible sewage smell in the room. Returned the key and stayed elsewhere. I’d pay whatever the room cost to not have to stay there.

Catastrophique, j’ai trouvé des punaises de lit dans la chambre durant la nuit. J’ai immédiatement contacté l’hôte, mais aucune solution de relogement ne m’a été proposée, j’ai donc dû passer la nuit dans ma voiture. Le remboursement accordé (8£ sur 39£) est largement insuffisant au vu du problème, qui est un véritable enjeu d’hygiène. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement.

the property had unclear instructions about where to get your key, you had to get your key from another building, there were no staff in this building. inside there were flickering lights and as soon as we got into the room we noticed mold all over the bathroom and it was very dirty but when we began to settle down it turns out there was bedbugs all over the bed, haven't received refund but unable to stay night due to bedbugs

How booking.com who I use so often over the years can advertise this place shocks me someone at booking .co should read the reviews disgusting place by many of reviews. Time who ever looks at these in booking .com stop selling there rooms. There welcome to my 30pounds better to be safe than disgusting reviews told me everything

Very good ensuite room, very clean and very quiet. The hotel is located in the town centre so is convenient for local amenities and attractions.
