Please note if arriving by car the property needs to know our arrival time at least 1 hour before check-in due to the fact is located in a ZTL area (Limited traffic zone). Cleaning service will be carried out every 3 days with a change of sheets and 2 days for towels, every extra cleaning request will be at the additional cost of EUR 12 per stay. Late check-out can be requested paying a fee. Animals pay €25 per stay for sanitization which will be carried out subsequently.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Quando la proprietara mi ha chiesto il documento e ha visto che ero rumena, mi ha chiesto al instante annullare la prenotazione..un vero rassismo..e odio per una persona che non conosci ma la stai cacciando fuori solo perché e rumena..in una struttura e un proprietario con i problemi comportamentali e meglio non andarci.. e una cosa di fiducia e sicurezza..non raccomando mi ha fatto paura un atteggiamento dell genere.
