Good location close to the opera house

Very unsafe electrics, faulty switch board. Television doesn’t work. Can’t dry your hair and have a light on at the same time. Shower doesn’t work well. Dirty floors & bathroom. Broken curtains. Marked walls & cobwebs everywhere. I felt very unsafe so I could not stay here. Staff were not easy to contact & ignored my messages. The room to have meals / cook is shared you do not get this to yourself so anyone can be in your space at anytime- this isn’t made clear.
