Location. The heater is in the room

The toilet was clogged and I received this “good news” when I went upstairs with my luggage. The owner offered me a free cancellation! Where should I go? Sleep on the street? The owner was rude over the texts! The shower head was not hanged up and I had to hold it by one hand! The shower head is liking through! The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes! Ruined my 2 first days of my vacation!

Location is perfect

Very noisy, neighbors do not respect , very very very loud and long long long talks under the windows. They literally shout. Early morning people start to carry heavy iron boxes and make a lot of noise.

Location is the only advantage

Dirt in the room, including dust next to bed, dust on the walls, someone's paper thrash behing the bed, night lamp out of order.

Location was 11/10!! Opposite the opera house and 50m from the Opera Metro station on Andrassy main shopping street. The location could not have been better. Also the wifi gave me a download speed of 500mb/s the fastest of any hotel or lodging I've ever stayed in! Also there was a communal open lounge/kitchen area and a complimentary kettle with tea and coffee was offered. Bed was very comfortable.

The cleanliness/hygiene of the property was the worst of anywhere in the world I've ever stayed and no compensation was offered! Hairs in the bed, hairs around the toilet, carpet was filthy, trash left in bin from prevous guests. The worst thing by far was that when you flushed the mechanical toilet the broken down cr*p and toilet paper literally came up and covered the entire shower floor. If you were to shower after using toilet you would be standing in pieces of your own cr*p and semidisolved toilet paper. I would have to spend 10-15 mins a day flushing the toilet till it went clean and using the shower head to clean it. Also, some lights didnt work, curtains were just about to completely fall off the rail, everywhere needs desperate attention. The owner was pleasnat enough, and after the first day he sent someone into clean, telling me there had been a mistake. But judging by some of the other reviews and the fact that someone had attempted to make the beds badly before we arrived I was not convinced. The toilet waste entering the shower problem persisted every day. Even though I told the manager the exact time I was arriving and updating him through the day our travel times no one was there to check us in. However, he did leave very good videos and information on how to enter the property. Finally, even though the listing states that card is accepted the manager wanted cash or paypal or revolut. I used paypal in the end but made sure that the ammount I sent (not amount received) was what we agreed on booking.com so that he would pay for the commission and charges. There was no was no way I was going to pay extra.

located in mid between buda and pest region .Most/all major attractions can be reached by foot.

Leaky shower , no towel replacements. Bath equipment needs renovation/upgrades

The location!! We walked everywhere from here! The room was very clean and the host friendly and accesible.

I didn’t know it was a condo with two rooms. But we felt safe anyways.
