"Very pleasant guest house in a quiet location with easy walk to the beach."

Great location, very clean, very pleasant staff.

Next time I come to Goa, I would consider staying there again. However, I would hold out for an upstairs room. It would be quieter and have a nice breeze. I always go to go in March. In cooler weather being on the ground floor would not be a problem at all. By the way although i use a/c very lightly, the a/c was also fine.

Amazing host, Anthony, and all the staff were really nice. Very clean rooms, great service. Great location. They never give any chance to complain. Will definitely recommend anyone who wants a great place to stay in Goa.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und Ihre Lage ist super. Man kann zu Fuß zum Strand, aber auch Restaurants und Geschäfte problemlos erreichen und es ist trotzdem herrlich ruhig. Unser Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, vor allem haben wir den Balkon genossen. Man konnte von hier auch gut Ausflüge machen. Der Besitzer hat super Tipps gegeben und war auch jederzeit ansprechbar, wenn man noch Fragen oder Wünsche hatte.

Das Zimmer war groß, hatte einen großen Balkon, war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde ich jederzeit wieder gerne buchen.

"Superb"

The room was huge. The attached balcony was heavenly. Sitting there with a hot cup of tea in hand and hearing birds chirping in the morning was our favorite activity during the last 7 days. The location was superb. Markets, restaurants and Candolim beach- all were within walking distance. Anthony had been a superb host. We chatted a lot, and he always greeted us with his lovely smile. The cleaning staff Sonali cleaned our room daily. Last and not the least....we had a great time with Goldy, Smoky, Vera and Gatfield.

The property was of exceptional cleanliness and the room was of excellent size with all the facilities you could need, the room was cleaned daily and fresh bottles of water supplied every day. We were also presented with a gift wrapped bottle of wine, fruit and cakes which we thought was a lovely, kind gesture. Anthony was such a superb host, very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him, from carrying our suitcases to our room to assisting us at 6am with help to the taxi. An absolute gentleman.
