"Perfect place away from the noise of goa."

Everything, great hosts, beautiful guest house, highly recommended.

Nothing, the guest house, hosts and staff are excellent. Only downside for us is that we are still young at heart and Goa is for boring people, if your a sunbather and your holidays are spent staring at the sky you will love it, but fun and exciting it isn’t.

"Perfect for what we wanted"

Really clean and comfortable, it was tucked away from the very busy Main Street and beach street. But was only a 10 minute walk to the beach and you could walk there avoiding all the chaos. The garden was beautiful and Anthony was helpful

It was lovely, but with the booking.com mark up it was overpriced for what you could pay locally..

Lovly hotel. Large rooms. Very upto date new bathroom. Exceptionally clean. Very friendly owner and staff. Very central position. Highly recommend.

Anthony was great host. Arrived at 6am, forgot to tell him beforehand. No problem, just called him and I could check in. Left 5am in the morning to the airport. Anthony arranged a taxi to pick me up, also was up at 5am to check out. Everything really clean.

A fantastic host who's ready to help you always and is always there for you. The facilities are as expected. The location is walkable distance from the beach. Plenty of eateries and shopping around

Hot water in the morning was a problem. Ir gets better towards the middle of the day
