Location, room size, cleanliness

Everything was amazing! The location is comfortable for going to the beach (around 5 minutes) and all restaurants and shops (from 7-10 minutes). The place is calm, super clean and surrounded by plants. We enjoyed our balcony with garden view. Anthony is so friendly and nice, you can ask about everything and have the support. The room is spacious and provides all stuff you need for staying. Highly recommend:)

Everything, just everything was perfect - from checking in, to Anthony greeting us and arranging pick up from airport. Excellent communication throughout and just all round great hospitality. I felt extremely comfortable here and if I ever return to Goa. I would stay here again

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was good, about a 5 minute walk to both Candolim beach and the shops. Our room was very quiet and remained cool and comfortable through the hot days. Goa has frequent power failures, but Primavera had a generator that kept a fan and lights running through power outages. Fresh towels and bed linens were provided daily. The fridge, toaster and water kettle were convenient appliances in the room. Antonio and Beverly are very welcoming and were responsive to our request for extra pillows and a hot plate to cook breakfast on. Taxis are notoriously hard to get in Goa, so the host's brother's taxi service was extremely convenient.

The property is tucked away from the main road, so it was initially a little difficult to find. Also, the roads around the property are very narrow, so that a car cannot drive right up to the property. I would have preferred a microwave in the room, but there was one in the common area on the same floor as our room.

The room was very spacious and with nice terrace. Even though no breakfast included all needed accessories to make your own. The staff was great, spotless clean and nice location 5 mins away from Candolim beach. As a bonus, they clean your room every day!

Room is super clean. Locality is so peaceful. The location is perfect. 5 min walk to the beach, departmental store, auto/cab stand, restaurants. Good amenities. Best host one could ask for very friendly and helpful. The help Sonali took care of us very nicely. Would love to come back!
