the property is very very clean and nice we like this apartament.

Really lovely place

Shower good. Beds comfortable. Iron, hoover available

Kitchen insufficient. Not enough pots pans plates etc. smoke alarm overly sensitive. Electricity for cooker expensive. No line to hang clothes. Stairs very steep. Small table/chair in court yard would do be good. Don't know where it would fit but writing table would be good.

No breakfast

It was clean

The location was in a social housing estate. The security of the property, as all door locks used the same code, was worrying. There was no parking on site and when I asked they tried to get me to pay an extra £10 . There was no tea or coffe , as stated . No air con. Not even a fan , you could not leave the window open as right on public foot path. I would not stay there again. It states that someone with a dissability could stay there !! There are steps all over the property 3 quite steep steps to gain access. I am not disabled but it says I the advert it is accessible.... Parking is an issue and it makes you think there is on sight parking and there is not. It's a shame to seem negative but people seem to think they can mislead you. It's abit like being scammed.

Easy to check in, no keys. Hosts are responsive. I really like how clean it is.

They are stingy with toilet paper, only 1 per bathroom not regularly topped up.

The window in the room did not close properly and there were a lot on people on the path walking and running close by day and night. The door into the room was not very secure and probably not a fire door. One of the bathroom doors outside my room had obviously been kicked open at some point. The TV was not working. The bathroom smelt of cats. The parking which cost £10 a night was impossible to access as the kerb is not dropped and the white stones kicked up. So I had to park outside the property on a residents only space with possibility of a fine. There was rubbish at the front door I felt that the provision of fire safety equipment was inadequate And question if the there is an HMO licence in olace. The white sheets on the bed were yellowed at the top and the towels grey and hard like sandpaper. I have stayed many times with booking.com and normally these things are fine no matter what the price. I would not recommend to anyone

Nice quiet location, comfortable room and good (communal) shower.

Strange combination locks that did not always work. Was unnerving that the front door and bedroom codes were the same and there were other people staying on site.
