Single duvets were not very comfortable

Location was perfect

The door code system, not very practical in my opinion...they were fickle, and if they didn't open you were stuck there for some minutes before you were able to try again. in an emergency to enter the main outer entry door would be quite inconvenient.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The 2 beds were nice and comfortable. It was a really nice cosy and warm room with a great view of the river and an amazing area to stay.

Even though the beds were comfortable they kept sliding apart so me and my partner ended up on one bed which was really cramped. The heating was just so much to the point I was convinced there was no cold water as no cold water came out of the kitchen or bathroom taps which was pretty annoying as we couldn't have any nice drinking water.

lovely place to stay just as risk the floor of marble which have no mat to wipe a feet cos outside very wet then inside walking to bedroom and downstairs feel almost slipping the wet .. and the front door need put table mind the step when I open the door to entrance the alarm

none of dislike just as need be safe of floor mat .
