I found the communication to be poor as I had to message several times to get a response about parking and to request the code to access the building. Beer cars left on the wall outside the house and the gravel stones you have to park on, accessed by a raised kerb was an experience. Upon entering the house, the communal area was clean. However, the room itself needs more attention to detail, especially in the ensuite bathroom. The room is very basic, with a bed, TV, wardrobe, and desk. There are no tea-making facilities and no radiator in the room, so I wouldn't recommend staying here in the winter. I wouldn't recommend this place at all for more than £50. The white sheets on both of my beds were stained, sadly I didn't see this until I returned at 1am. Use of Kitchen facilities is chargeable Check out at 10 am is ridiculous

could not get hold of landlord when there were problems either by phone or mail and they have not responded even when contacted on behalf of booking.com
