Great location and great hosts. We were late but they accommodated us including providing a space for our driver. Very close to the dambulla cave temples and Sirigiya rock fortress

Incredible host, super clean

This is a family homestay, so we got to interact with a lovely family who did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The location is brilliant - directly across the road from the Dambulla cave temples. Our room, and the facilities, were simple, but very clean. There was a small ensuite with toilet and shower. Breakfast was tasty and filling, and dinner was also cooked for us for a small extra charge. Our hosts arranged for a local driver to take us to Polonnaruwa and Sigiriya, and he was fabulous - taking us to lesser known temples as well as to the more popular sights. He also drove us to Kandy (our next stop) for a very reasonable price - stopping along the way for photo opps. SA Village was a wonderful opportunity for us to spend time with a family and learn more about Sri Lankan culture.

We couldn't fault it.

We had a really good stay here. The host was very nice and everything was clean and the room spacious. We even had a balcony with a nice view. For dinner we had fried rice with a sauce and a salad. Everything was really delicious and also the breakfast was great! You really get a lot for your money!

We were thrilled to stayed at SA Village and had such a great host who 's providing us a very healthy and delicious breakfast. She is a very good cook and a very tidy person and offers high service for her guests. We enjoyed every moment there and had a great experience all over !! Highly recommend!! Great job lady!!!

New beautiful rooms with Hot shower, AC and a great breakfast and dinner. The host family was super kind and helpful arranging our transportation at a fair price. We recommend staying here. Right across the street from the caves.

We had an amazing stay at this accommodation! The room was spotless, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The dinner served was absolutely delicious, with flavors that really stood out. What made the experience even better was the host—truly one of the kindest and most helpful people I've encountered. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The location is perfect, directly opposite the exit of the Dambulla Caves, making it super convenient for sightseeing. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Very good value for money. Very close to the cave temple. They arranged a e elephant safari for us which was brilliant and very value for money. Very friendly.

There was no window that opened in the bedroom however, we did not spend much time in the room.
