Lovely clean Guest house in a nice quiet location and a comfy bed. Jen was very helpful and friendly....would definitely stop again if I needed to.

Jen was very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The location is great, so close to town and the breakfast was wonderful!

Some of the guest house is looking a bit tired and the shower in the bathroom needs updating. There also appeared to be a water leak in the car park which meant you had to paddle through puddles to get your luggage out.

Location, size of room, lovely big house, good breakfast, friendliness of owner/staff, convenient to shops and A92. Would certainly go back and would recommend.

Nothing really to be honest.

First impressions were ok but the room was cramped, beds were terrible. No one to serve us breakfast in the morning. I know they are selling but still having paying customers, they really should still make an effort but it seems no hoots given anymore. Sad to see places go down hill like that. We felt robbed to be honest.
