The Limes Guest House

It was our second year staying at the limes .Jen the owner is very polite and accommodating .nothing is to much trouble .everything you need is in the room ,ie fridge ,drinks ,shampoo ,body wash . She's thought of everything .will be staying again next year

De kamer was goed voorzien met waterkoker thee koffie koelkastje. Een gezellig ingericht, geen zielloze kamer. Ik mocht mijn rugzak al ruim.voor de incheck achterlaten dat was heel fijn

Jen was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Her recommendation for dinner was amazing.

Excellent location, easy to walk everywhere. I had a big problem when the taxi I had booked didn't bother to turn up and no others were available. First, the owner of The Limes and her partner (?) tried to find me a taxi. When none answered or could pick me up, she asked the housekeeper to run me to the station - which she did very willingly. I made the train. That is first class service. I also liked not being made to feel guilty when I declined a cooked breakfast.

There wasn't anywhere to leave toothbrush etc - a shelf in the bathroom would be good - but that's a minor point.

Det var ingen tilstede når vi ankom, og ikke mulig å få kontakt på telefon. Fant så ut at eier var veldig syk og en bekjent hjalp til. Når vi så fikk rommet var det ikke skiftet sengetøy, kun redd opp. De hadde ikke rent sengetøy å skifte til, så vi måtte finne et annet sted å bo.
