Rooms are okay.

We weren't able to use the pool because there was almost no water in it and it was dirty (foam). Since this was the reason we booked it is NOT WORTH THE MONEY CONSIDERING THE LOCATION. It is an okay accomodation but without the pool and for the location way too overpriced. Location is 30 minute walk from the city centre. There is almost no colectivos going (few a day only) taxi cost 40 pesos minimum. THERE IS NO KITCHEN (anymore) contrary to what other comments are saying. We were told that there is no kitchen but a restaurant at the accomodation only to find the next day when we wanted to have dinner at 8 that the restaurant was not serving food which was a big bummer since THERE ARE NO PLACES TO EAT IN THE AREA CLOSEST IS 30 MIN WALK TO CITY CENTRE. On the weekends and in the evenings there are a lot of teenagers from the surroundings hanging out around the pool so don't expect calm and serenity. Sadly can not recommend the accomodation for this price.

I didn’t get properly checked in and wasn’t given a code for the property. My sheets were not clean and the bathroom wasn’t either. There is also a lot of noise from 5am from animals nearby. It is the only time I have left a hostel early as I couldn’t stay any longer

The castle was amazing beautiful! Just like the pictures big room and wonderful balcony.

Nobody was at the front desk at 6:30 To check out and lost 100 pesos deposit from my locker; I also try to cancel one night and nobody was available and lost some money too ; I wait about 10 minutes then I have to leave because I didn't want to be late for my train transportation.

The staff was extremely helpful, great advice on where to take the collectivos to visit the ruins. Everything was clean and comfortable. Cool shape of the rooms and building (it's in the form of a castle) and the swimming pool was a bonus. Would definitely recommend to other travelers!

Super helpful staff and the place really looks like a castle, you can go down the "tower" to get into the pool, also the inside design of the place looks like a castle.

The kitchen was under renovation during our stay, I am sure it will be great once done. We could use the fridge and the freezer which was good to keep our food fresh.

fun place with a dorm with strong AC if needed. very comfortable room in the heat
