Very noisy for so very few guests One night random people came into dorm at 430am, very drunk….no bags, suitcases…. No water pressure in the shower, uncomfortable bed

I loved the building and the pool, me and my boyfriend chose to rest here in between travelling nd it was a great choice. The room was lovely and clean, the AC worked very well, and we had lovely food as well in the evening.

Overall I would have liked a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the bathrooms and showers.

Where to start. The room: the sheets were okay, but the pillow and shower smelled so bad... like, really bad. It seems like the staff only do surface cleaning; there were lots of bugs caught in spider webs (just above our heads), and the mirror and bath looked very suspicious... not to mention the smell. But that’s not all. If you want breakfast, you’d better be armed with patience. There’s nothing on the menu except an omelet, but you wait an hour to be served (coffee included). The staff leave plates lying around all day and don’t really care about guests. When you ask them for service or help, they seem annoyed. They’re on their phones all day long—very professional. I saved the best for last. The place is open for everyone to visit, but in this season we were the only foreigners staying. The staff invited their friends, which was fine at first; we had a beer and a swim to relax. But while I went back to my room to shower, I noticed a man filming me through the window (we were on the ground floor). I caught him, took him to the staff to explain what happened, and tried to push him to confess. I left it in the staff’s hands, expecting them to do the right thing. And guess what? They did nothing—just laughed about it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE, AND I’M SURE THIS ISN’T THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. THANK YOU FOR THIS EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER FORGET. Ooh and we asked for the laundry service but they gave us back our clothes in a seal plastic bag, guess what the clothes was wet. Luckily we check it before we have to travel by bus

The experience of staying in a castle. Room service. Although there is no restaurant perv say, you can order basic meals and snacks The staff was very polite and helpful.

They were out of drinking water. They overcharge bottled drinks by twice the regular price. .It was too far to walk to another restaurant. The pool was dirty and had electrical wires hanging in it for a light connection among other things..

Nice unusual building (castle shaped!) Small garden to relax in. Lots of friendly pet cats and a couple of small dogs. Clean room with air conditioning

Very cool building to stay in! Spacious private room with ensuite. Great air conditioning. Friendly staff. Cute animals staying at the hostel which was nice. Despite being far out of the centre, tours had no problem picking us up from there.

The wifi wasn’t great. Not a great location if you want to go into the centre often, around a 20 min walk or $4 USD taxi. The kitchen was very limited, there was no communal oil, or anything like this that travellers might need. The kitchen also needs a microwave. At the weekend it was noisy in the morning with people playing the piano right outside our room It felt more like a home stay than a hostel.

The castle looks like it's from a fairytale, the pool is also super nice. I stayed in an AC shared dorm, the beds were big and comfy. I really enjoyed my stay. It seems like this is a family owned business and the family is super friendly and would help you with whatever you need. Only be aware that this is not in the city center.
