A marvelous place with friendly staff!

The buildings architecture in general, and the pool and terras. Very nice design. Some interior could match the style of the building better, like the kitchen and the reception.

Nothing really, i don't mind walking 10 min to the centre of Palenque.

The building was very nice, look like a castle pretty much, the thinks I didn’t like was that the television did not work, apparently it has a Google smart TV service but you cannot see anything, pillows, sheets and bedspreads have a bad musty smell and the bathroom towels had stains of dirt and also with a musty smell, the biggest problem was when I tried to take a bath this morning, I opened the hot water tap, it came out for a couple of minutes and it didn't come out anymore, it was reported but the staff that was there at that time did not it knows what to do.

Beautiful hostel!

The location is far and didn’t always feel safe as a solo female traveler

We had a nice bed and the hotel is very beautiful. There is a frigde, a shared kitchen and a pool. Plus there are 2 very cute dogs

Our shower did not get warm. There were a few hairs in our bedroom when we entered our room.

Great internet and shower, the room was clean and comfortable. Animals and cute features for the whole place.
