The location is not the greatest.

The road to the venue is not appealing nor appetising. Unless the property is moved elsewhere which is highly unlikely!!

"I didn't enjoy at all"

no welcoming, I was not welcome, no one told me where to find kitchen, iron. there was a very bad smell on on passage.shower was not working. And no one to report to. my advice to them: let them buy air fresher, let them keep on checking if their showers are working, let them have a perso who must welcome guests, and tell the guests where to find what etc
