Shower did no have the close door, water were all over the floor

The rooms were very close to one another, nothing like the pictures, my parents complained about the noise other guests would make, no sense of privacy

Were not notified that we'd be sharing accommodation. Were woken up by 2 unknown people in our bedroom. We got up and left. Would really appreciate a refund

No air conditioner, we couldn't stay a night with family because of the confortibility, I requested for the refund they told me to do a cancelation on the booking. com but unfortunately they was no successful on that. 1. I phone the Menager I couldn't get help, then I called the owner she said that she would look into the matter in the morning but she didn't. However I told her that we are still sitting in the car, and we shall seleep here in the car. But she did not couldn't help. She never came cack again So I was robbed.

To be refunded. Because we went there and we didn't like the place as it was very very inconvenient for the family.. The place was not used.

The Mountain View

The property needs a lot of work, the shower doesn’t have a door, the toilet is outside the room under the stairs with no light and a cover for a door, when u pee u can stand straight cos your head touches the stairs. The wardrobe feels like it’s gonna fall, the parking area is grass and steep so when it rains it’s an issue
