I could not find the place, had to book another one

The place is shady, and directions are not direct

The staff was nice and helpful.

They need to update the location on Google maps and the address given has a destination which is a few meters away. Ooh the driveway is very steep. Better management of bookings is needed as we had to be moved to another place due to overbooking.

The self catering and lounge feels like home

The fact that u share the living room with other guests means less privacy,shower inside the bedroom,wifi wasn't working,no aircon,gate opened till late,and no sufficient parking.

My bad experience left no space to like anything.

We did not get towels. We did not get good service, check in took 45 minutes as the lady in charge was uneducated, unable to speak english, has not sense of customer service. Check in required me to call the manager who was at a party and was not able to assist. The room I booked was not the room given to me. Ridiculous amount of insect infestation. Room stank like something died in it. Car park was muddy. Door locks were damaged, unable to lock. Pictures on site are deceiving. Location does not exist on GPS. Very poor service as the owner clearly does not care about ethics, hygene and definitely is not fit for this industry. Booking.com needs a vetting system, I am shocked that lodges like this is on the site.

The accommodation was acceptable but a little less than expected. The staff were helpful and the bedding was spartan

The address of the venue on Booking.com is INCORRECT. There is NO SIGNAGE to find the place. We were lost and the shuttle driver was not able to drop us at the venue, nor could the shuttle that picked us up to take us to the airport find the venue easily. A very tricky and a frustrating stay. Getting food was tricky with uber-eats was very expensive due to being a bit remote.
