The room was very clean and comfy, and modern. The off-street parking is a real bonus as Stamford is so busy. Very handy for the town. Staff were really friendly. Great for a short stay.

"Was marred by poor communication on the day and no water bottles, but overall was a good experience."

No bottled water left, phoned but no one got back to me until the next morning, which was too late. A shame, because everything else was good.

Very clean and tidy

Graeme the cleaner had an extremely aggressive attitude because we hadn’t checked out at 10:00 am on a Sunday. His attitude is not what you would expect for a premium cost.
