"Had a brilliant stay at No1 Guest House, will definitely be staying there again."

Good size room, clean, comfortable, on site parking, close to the town centre. No1 Guest House has everything you need for a trip away in Stamford. The owner has Good local knowledge and is happy to help out if you need anything.

If I had to be picky, the room we stayed in could have done with a full length mirror, there was one on the landing just outside the room though.

Clean , modern, comfortable

The only negative thing I have to say , and it's not a bad one, but the pressure of hot water in the en-suite shower and sink was very slow

"Basis room for overnight stay, ideal location in town, to save using car to venue."

No breakfast available, just coffee and tea in room.only saw owner when we arrived and left to return key. Location chosen due to nearness of function we were attending.

The bedding, not particularly pristine or laundered well. Too much unwanted cushions/unneeded dressing on bed.

"Excellent stay - perfect town centre location with free parking"

Excellent location a few mins walk from the town. Free parking. Met by very friendly, helpful staff member. Good selection of refreshments including generous supply of milk, nice biscuits and bottles of water. Large soft towels. Very quiet at night. Easy check in and out.

Some plastic tumblers for cold drinks would be great, otherwise all good!
