Personnel très accueillant et disponible. Ambiance familiale au cœur de Varanasi, cuisine végétarienne délicieuse, vue imprenable sur le Gange, possibilité de faire du yoga, massage, visite organisée etc. Nous recommandons vivement!

The bed was very comfy. Water was hot but very low pressure. Internet was great. Rooftop sunrise yoga with VI as was a highlight. Our hotelier was very helpful and his staff were delightful though we didn’t need to see much of them. The friendly chai wallah very near to Hotel provided one of the best chai we had.

Low water pressure, limescale buildup on all areas of the bathroom. We asked for a top sheet (only mattress sheet provided) and when it arrived it was stained and clearly in need of a wash. It was replaced with a better one, and returned to the shelf. We were provided with a packed breakfast on an early departure day consisting of 4 bananas, drink, water, biscuits and 2 cupcakes.

Sono stata in questa struttura con mia figlia per quattro giorni, a fine marzo. La posizione è ottima: si trova nel centro storico di Varanasi, affacciata su un ghat tranquillo e a circa 20 minuti a piedi dai principali ghat turistici, risultando più o meno equidistante da Assi Ghat e da Man Mandir Ghat. La struttura organizza transfer da/per l’aeroporto e la stazione in auto; tuttavia, anche scegliendo di prendere un tuk-tuk in autonomia, lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile ad accompagnare gli ospiti fino al punto carrabile più vicino, occupandosi anche delle valigie. L’hotel si trova in una stradina stretta, non raggiungibile con i mezzi, il che garantisce piacevolissimi momenti di silenzio. La nostra camera, situata al piano terra accanto alla reception, era comunque molto silenziosa. Dal rooftop si gode di una vista stupenda sul Gange e sulla città. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo chiesto la sostituzione degli asciugamani, che erano macchiati, e ci sono stati prontamente cambiati. La pulizia della stanza era buona. Il desk escursioni è gestito da una bravissima guida, il sig. Vivek, che durante un’escursione ha condiviso con noi spunti e storie interessanti sulla città, sulla cultura e sulla vita quotidiana di questo luogo sacro. La colazione è molto buona e varia, preparata al momento, e il cibo è fresco e conservato in modo igienico. Super consigliato!

Amazing location, view, hotel

Very slow service, sometimes the things we ordered were forgotten so we had to order again, 2 single bed shawl given which was very uncomfortable, toilet was made in such a way that it was not usable and we had to go out for our business.

Way too expensive and not value for money ( paid Rs 15k for two nights), rip off for what is available in return: Toilet is too small, wet area doesn’t dry fast has to be mopped, WC in small area means cannot sit straight, old door (rusty) Steep stairs, room was on level 2, no lift, walk up/ down in conjunction with walking 15min to nearest main street is inconvenient. Dine in menu not always available, ordered mini thali and got told this is only available at higher volume orders not just one, and i travelled alone. Access to hotel from main street drop off is 15 min, narrow lanes, smelly, dirty , creates unpleasant experience. Cash only payment for any taxi organised by hotel and any food purchased in the hotel. No security/safe box to keep valuables. Dinner ordered fried rice was not nice, felt like vomitting
