Location was really nice. All the staff were always willing to help with tours, drivers, laundry, meals for lunch and dinner

In one room the AC was not working very properly. In other room, the water from the sink did not run with normal power. But overall, a very nice stay, and would highly recommend.

Хороший отель, оставил приятное впечатление. Номера простые, но чистые, есть всё необходимое. Удобное расположение — легко добраться до основных мест. Завтраки без изысков, но вполне нормальные, чтобы начать день. Атмосфера спокойная, можно отдохнуть без лишнего шума. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал — очень доброжелательные и отзывчивые. Встретили, помогли с чемоданом, донесли его до номера, а также подсказали, как лучше добраться и сориентироваться по городу. Всегда готовы помочь по любым вопросам, без формальностей и с нормальным человеческим отношением.

Mi è piaciuto la gentilezza dello staff, la vicinanza della Gange ma per arrivarci non era per niente semplice

Colazione poco fornita ma non è stato un problema per noi. Il vero problema è stato il bagno. Davvero in pessime condizioni, odore costante, tubi che perdevano acqua, ho appoggiato i vestiti sul piano del lavandino ma non mi ero accorto che la tubazione perdeva acqua. Dalla doccia usciva solo acqua tiepida, il condizionatore gocciolava ed avevano messo un asciugamano per terra, biancheria da letto troppo scarsa.

First and foremost, location. The advertised view of the Ganges from rooftop terrace is wonderful and riverfront access is literally one minute away. We arranged for hotel pickup from the railway station and to the airport which worked seamlessly - there is no way we would have found the place otherwise, and that’s part of its charm. Big cool room (we had top floor deluxe), very clean, staff on hand if we needed them. Currency conversion is possible.

Wasn’t the world’s best bathroom but it did the job - you’re not at or paying for the Sheraton. Walk in is fifteen minutes (staff take control of your bags) and there is no elevator. That’s not a complaint incidentally, just something some people may need to consider.

Le Lenzuola pulitissime. La positione TOP. IL ROOFTOP con visione Gange. Ci hanno asegnato la camera nella Lobby (ingreso) che era in mezzo a tutto. Reception, cucina etc etc. Arivati alle 15 , svegli dalle 03 del mattino, non c'e stato verso di riposare per il rumore delle pentole I check in/out 😁😁😁🤘 Il propeietaro simpaticisimmo. Raccomandabile al 100% per visitare Varanasi. Scelta miliore.

Struttura bellissima e molto pulita in una posizione ottima, inoltre offre ottimi servizi tra cui molte attività da fare a Varanasi. Colazione buona.

The cultural style. It was old but exhuded the beautiful culture of old India. Right on the Ganges and walking distance to cultural ceremonies each night. Loved it.

The windy paths to the hotel a bit of an eye opener. As taxis couldn’t get through which is very understandable it was approx 15 mins walk with bags. Hotels will help with this so organise with them. It’s not a negative as such as this is what all places would be like. I would return in a heartbeat.
