Other than location to some extent... disliked everything

Behavior, food types, food price, they are thief, it seems they dont pay GST, they push for cash always, hotel stay, food etc. They are reluctant to accept card payment, tell falsely that card machine not working, then other than handing over the chargeslip, they dont give any bill or invoice. I have been told to take it from Booking.com. They owner is only after cash collection. Bathroom is terrible

The location, the food and the tour guide. We did all of the tours which were excellent and the tour guide is charming. The meals were delicious and the staff very nice.

I didn’t like the room which was gloomy with brown Formica everywhere. I asked to change it but the owner refused. We had already paid and he said it was the only one available, which proved to be untrue.

The hotel was a bit damp and stuffy (ground floor rooms), the entrance is in a very dirty road and very noisy even at night

notre chambre était au rez de chaussée près de l’entrée et de la réception.

Un emplacement exceptionnel. Le directeur et tout son personnel absolument adorable et très professionnel. Je recommande fortement cet endroit.
