Beautiful room in a beautiful house in a beautiful location. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

The location was perfect for our week of travel through the Westfjords. Plan to take a bath in the tub. The mountain views are gorgeous!

Very nice old Icelandic house with a few private bedrooms, shared everything else. Great view! Room was super clean and comfy. Bathrooms/toilet were great too. Loved that there were tons of boardgames!

Soundproofing in bedrooms - although in old buildings like these it's a common issue and there is probably nothing they can do about it. It's just how it is and actually adds to old house charm. Just not the best choice if you want quiet. We heard everything our neighbors were doing :)) Common kitchen area was great and well equipped, but smelled SO bad (maybe compost?), that we simply couldn't use it.

Very friendly host. Feels like being at home. Wonderful small village with a lot of surprises.

The property was beautiful, clean, lovely bathroom/showers with delicious soaps, very pleasant dining room/kitchen area and excellent high speed wifi. Stephanie was a delightful and knowledgeable host who gave us excellent suggestions for exploring the area.

The property had an amazing unique design inside. It was warm and had a real coziness about it. The house had a wonderful selection of books displayed on creative bookshelf’s around the lounge, everything for everyone. Our room was beautifully designed and the bed was very comfortable. The roomy shower was superb and Stephanie our host was so friendly. We couldn’t ask for more on our 3 day stay.
