Was kept up all night the first night because of mice in my room, one of which was running around on my bedside table. Property owners completely ignored my requests to be moved or receive a partial refund. Dreadful property and dreadful people. Avoid here at all costs.

Communication

I've stayed here multiple times over the past few years when I have work in the area. For the price it's very good value - it's kept clean and tidy, my rooms have always been comfortable, shared toilets and sink and showers all clean and working fine, shared kitchen also all good, I have privacy, it's a great location for food and travel, and entry instructions are very clear

It would be nice if there was a bit more sound insulation, but I understand the limitations - you can't control when there's roadworks or if people are noisy coming back in late, that is not the fault of the venue
