Clean rooms, spacious baths and smart TV with fast internet. The balcony is quite spacious and is a good chill out spot of the room. The rooms on first floor are particularly good. Location was wrong on Google. It would be difficult to put the address on Zomato/Swiggy if you decide to order food. However it's a very convenient 5 minutes walk from great restaurants like Fisherman's Cove. The attendants are very helpful. Wherever we left our dustbin outside the room, it was promptly cleared and replaced without having to ask them. I requested their help to book a local can to drop us to the airport and they arranged a nice cab at lower prices that was there on time. Very good place if you're not planning to use the room much but plan to be out and about exploring Goa.

1) Charging people for water is not cool. It's a standard industry practice to include water if you're charging the guests for an entire day and your reasoning that you only provide water on first day is quite ridiculous. People are usually satisfied with your service, why would you give them reason to be unhappy for ₹40 which is all you would earn for 2 bottles of water? Raise the price by ₹50 a day if you must but please provide water. 2) No security guard at the premises so you have to open and close the gate yourself. This is quite annoying if you have a car and have to get out of the car, open the gate, come inside and the leave the car again to close the gate. Not such a problem if you have a scooter. 3) Can include basic cutlery like paper/plastic dishes, spoons etc so that guests can be comfortable when they order food. We had a hard time with this once past midnight and didn't want to wake up the attendant.
