It was nice.

Everything was alright but I think beds should have head rest. I am byways pushed mine to the wall so it was ok.

The best economical stay, genuinely suggest this place. The owner of the property is so polite and considerate, helped ua a lot.

I stayed 5 days in this Guest House. There is nothing to tell about this property any bad reviews. It s brand new property and clam place... Near to Candolim Beach.. I just wanted to tell you about this guest house is simply a WONDERFUL AND ULTIMATE property👌👌👌👌

There is no mirror in the main hall....

Nothing They lock the door and the manager was not at all a sociable guy. He charged us even when we did not stay with him.

Please do not stay here. It's the worst place to be in Goa.

This is not a proper Hotel yet, The best part was, it is situated with lot of coconut trees around, quite near to Candolim main street, sufficient parking facility, and the rooms were new, spacious.

The sad part, the fan speed was low, too many power cuts, no free water facility (like a can kept outside), Owner manages the property, so you not get a guest treatment, it is more landlord mentality. Linen was poor, like very old towels. Furnhsings are not yet done, Bathroom can be a lot more better. Just for one extra bed (2" inch thickness) they charged unreasonable amount of Rs. 500 extra. This was not fair, and pricks the relationship.

A hidden gem 5 minutes walk from the main Candolim market. Bright, Airey and Spacious apartment in a large compound away from the hustle & bustle. Excellent communication and friendly staff, would definitely stay again.

It was AMAZING for the price, a well kept room, really friendly and accommodating staff, were great with arranging taxis and events when needed. Good WiFi connection, the room came with a mini fridge and a television also. The place was clean and I enjoyed my stay here. Was walking distance from the beach.

To be nit picky, the accommodation was quite hard to find at first, but even then I contacted the owner and he came to pick me up from where I got lost.

We found a breakfast place nearby and it was very cheap.

AC would have been nice, especially in the very hot weather months.
