Good room and good location with decent prices

Basic cleaning for bathroom as needed to be better , had conveyed the msg to the owner hope it’s okay now , Rest no issue s

This is new place and the accommodation is situated at City center, excellent location and helpful owner , all the facilities are good

Owner was a bit control freak

Nothing. Everything was great.

It is in walkable distance to candolim beach. There are restaurants,shops and restobars nearby. They have a parking facility inside the property

The location in Google Map is wrong. They don’t have power backup,charging points won’t work without main power,only the fan would work. If you plan to work from home, you might face problems if the power goes off for long time. They provide you 1 water bottle per the entire stay, and you need to pay if you want more during your stay. The curtain we had in the room was transparent. You might feel uncomfortable while changing clothes as there is main road outside the compound. We did not get any cleaning inside the room, could be because it’s a guest house.

Share kitchen would have been better

great location and fantastic staff! the room was clean and spacious. the shower was lovely and warm in the evenings (the best shower we have encountered in India so far) however luke warm in the mornings. the staff were super helpful, managed to get laundry done within 24 hrs to a good standard and helped us with taxis and other recommendations.

no ac in our room, only a fan which turned off when you left the room, so was warm on re entry. the curtains were thin and we were unsure if people could see in from the road with the light on, and let a lot of light in in the mornings. the bed is okay, could have done with another pillow each.
