"Space to relax and a great location for nearby attractions"

This is a lovely space and rural views out the window. Spacious for a studio room. Really appreciated the pre-prepared breakfast ingredients. The simple touches that make a (happy) point of difference. Perfect for an overnight stay and close to many of the area's known activities, we did the twilight kayak tour with Riverside Adventures.

"Quiet and cosy place"

Nice quiet place ideally located if you intend to visit Hobbiton. The hosts were lovely and discreet. The bed was very comfy, the unit was tidy, super clean and warm. Nice bathroom and kitchenette. The breakfast was varied and a very good start to the day. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely gardens and beautiful atmosphere. Extremely clean and accomodating room, we also had a 1 year old with us and they set up their portacot for us.

Fantastic location quiet out of town- lovely hosts- breakfast was great with fruit yoghurt cereals juice and toast. Would recommend to all for a different personalised stay on top of a hill like a farm stay. Spa was new, clean and ready for use- host had great advice about local walks and were available

"Exceptional Rural Setting."

The rural setting was amazing. Such a friendly family & the accommodation was exceptional - cosy, had everything we needed. Was comfortable & clean. Best value for money - and we got lots of study done.

We should have stayed longer.

It was lovely and quiet

I think updating the tele is a good idea. Just so its possible to chrome cast or upload your own netflix etc.

"A peaceful, comfortable and happy place to stay."

The space was truly lovely. Comfortable, warm and welcoming. The shower was fabulous- great pressure and plenty of hot water. Surrounding environs were so peaceful.

Wifi. We found it more effective to use our mobile data.
