Brenda and Sid were great hosts who made us feel welcomed. It was nice and tranquil and a very enjoyable few days. The spa was a nice treat, too. The gardens were beautiful, and the wee Hobit hole adorable. This place is a must stay. I will definitely be back to stay again. Thanks, Brenda and Sid. 😊

The room was lovely and comfy. Had all you wanted.

Unfortunately the room is off the garage. Which is fine. But to have the dryer going in the garage till after 11.00pm was, for us not good after a long day.

This is an outstanding escape, relatively close to Hobbiton. A very quiet facility, apparently looked after by a very competent cat! Comfortable, quiet, wonderful surrounds.

Pillows may need updating. Bed very soft, however a lot of people probably prefer that.
