"Pleasant"

Baths in rooms very old. Shower heads broken. Lights hanging out of ceiling. No fan in room. No dustbins in some rooms

"Exceptional"

We arrived without making a reservation at 5:30am. They welcomed us in despite the time and only then I made a booking for a room through Booking.com. very welcoming. The room is everything one would need especially when you're exhausted from travelling.

"I'm just glad I had a roof over my head but I wouldn’t book here again."

The location

The wifi was bad so I couldn't do any assignments from my room, had to sit outside near another router which was not ideal nor comfortable. My room didn't have a two point pin, so I had to sit at the reception at night just to charge. The TV was not working.
