The location was good, walking distance from Loftus. Rooms are pretty spacious.

Condom rappers in basin upon arrival, sheets full of stains. I was billed even after saying I will pay upon arrival, staff was nowhere to be found the next morning. The bath/shower had water spilling everywhere.

I like that the lady was very kind to open up for us as we checked in very late in the night but it was nice of her to open up and show us where our room is. The environment is very clean and tidy.

The Wi-Fi was not working. The password that was given and the name was invalid. We had to connect with our own devices to watch TV. There was no fan/aircon in the room, it was really hot my spouse had to go to the staff lady and ask for a fan. There were lots of mosquitos with no form of any mosquito repellent in the room (Doom/Raid/Coil...etc). There was no shampoo/shower gel/soap and lotion in the bathroom. There was only hand wash.

House keeping lady was an Angel. Calm and collected. She has customers best interest at heart and very respectful. I would recommend her to be the face of the guest house if at all you want to remain in business.

The lady at the reception with short tinted hair was very rude and unwelcoming. She refuses to even refund me a day's rate that I had paid for in advance after I informed them I would not be staying there again. The rooms did not have mirrors and shower curtains when I enquired about them the rude woman answered arrogantly. I would not recommend anyone to go there. Pretoria is a big city with other alternatives that's why I left before time.
