It is located in a very quite place. The facilities are clean aswell

The bathroom in our room had a certain smell to it that was weird. The receptionist at first was very nice and welcoming but towards the end of our stay was rude.

Location was great - we were looking for something close to Loftus - walking distance. Room was clean and the bedlinen (sheets) were clean.

On arrival we were informed of no coffee or tea facilities in the room, if wanted, you had to go to the dining area. No breakfast available due to low request. On booking.com it advertises a shuttle service, on request we were informed no shuttle - another reason we chose this guesthouse. There were no guest amenities in the room - only hand wash and 1 roll toilet paper, no soap, shampoo or wash. We each had a towel, no bath mat, no hand towel. The pedal bin in the bathroom, had no inside bin, was just a shell. The duvet is quite thin, we got 2 blankets out of the cupboard but can do with an upgrade. Overall the guesthouse is a beautiful building and I am sure the lady is trying her best with what she has - however, the facility needs an upgrade.
