They didn’t have WiFi or offer WiFi

The receptionist represents the face of any commercial institution, so they must always maintain the highest standards of professionalism. Unfortunately, the receptionist was not friendly, displaying unrefined behavior and a lack of proper training. It is crucial that a consistent standard of friendliness is upheld across all customer demographics, regardless of race or socioeconomic status.

My last visit was ubruptly disrupted by loud male patrons who seemed drunk attempted 3 times to force open my door. It was so unsettling I decided to leave the hotel to find myself a better and safe place. It was very upsetting as the receptionist seemed helpless as well.

So many things this place use one ply as a example my room was right next to reception with a door between us while it self is not ridiculous but I could hear every conversation
