The local breakfast was absolutely lovely, offering a delicious start to the day. The staff were amazing – friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The overall atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a very enjoyable stay.

The rooms are quite basic, with no air conditioning, though there’s a fan provided. It’s all you really need, but those seeking a more luxurious experience might find it a bit minimal.

There is no furniture to put your clothes on. Definitely book a room with AC. I know it’s out of their hands but the monkeys jumping on the roof at 6am is madness

Fantastic helpful staff. Large, clean rooms with hot showers. A varied delicious complimentary breakfast each morning. Great location to access both the bays. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area, our favourite accommodation in Sri Lanka so far

The owner is fantastic - very helpful and served a delicious breakfast. For the price you pay this is a great Homestay option.

There were too many ants in the bathroom as well as no hot water in the room we stayed in. This wasn’t clear at the time of booking, but only one room in the entire building has hot water.
