Had a fantastic stay at Sanjee Place—outstanding service, generously sized rooms, and they facilitated scooter rental. The breakfast was delightful, and they arranged a convenient transfer to the airport. Highly recommended!

- good room and bathroom - location 10 min to the beach - can rent a scooter there (2000 per day)

- no organized and good breakfast (too little and not comparable with what you get in other places in sri lanka!!) - no details or love here - sometimes loud music (we lived next door to the reception where until late at night always somebody made sounds and light) - broken mosquito net and not everywhere windows so a lot of them inside the room

We came here for 2 nights and ended up staying 9! Sanjee and the guys are so nice and made our stay so pleasant! :) Super affordable rooms are what you need when you are all day on the beach. You have everything you need, we had our breakfast every day there which was perfect before/ surfing! The location is nice in between the trees and so many beautiful birds and fireflies. Thank you again for great time! Defiantly we will be back :)

The place was not ready to receive guests. I first got put in the wrong room with a fan when I paid for AC. They moved me when I asked but they moved me to a room without curtains and there were people outside… they gave me curtains then they didn’t have wifi… after a couple of hours they got wifi but it was very hit and miss… then the shower wasn’t working :( Then I had to ask for a sheet too. The location is also not the best if you want to stay near the beach. Can’t pay by card or transfer - which is common but I think they should put it on their booking.

Sanjee is such a great host, he really saw our needs and went above and beyond for us! He will ask you when you need your room cleaned, what time you want breakfast and so on.

the Wi-Fi is limited but as this wasn’t a problem for me I never commented it to him so maybe he just don’t know

It was a good little spot just 5 min walk from the main area and about 10 min to the beach. The breakfast they offered was the best we had. The staff was always nice and helpful.

It's was just very very basic. It was missing a bit of love....the special touch. The water kept on running and the mosquito net had a lot of holes. But for someone who just needs a bed absolute great price.
