Air con was amazing, it was a bit faulty one day but the staff got on it straight away and it was fixed by the afternoon. Rooms were a good size and bed was comfy. Rooms had a kettle. Shower was nice and water pressure was good. Staff were very friendly and nice. They made a fantastic buffet style breakfast which we would recommend getting, good value for money. The stay is a bit further back from the main town, which is good for a quieter stay, but does mean a bit of a longer walk to the beach and restaurants (15 min walk to the beach, there are some really good and cheap restaurants nearby just over the bridge). The stay itself is nice with a big tree growing in the middle and nice garden.

The room was quite big, very very nice bathroom, clean and directly on the garden. I was able to rent a scooter quite cheap directly there which was very convenient. I liked the location as it was a perfect base for surfing and also exploring the nearby beaches.

Breakfast was only 9-11 and could be improved a bit, maybe with some sweet options and well and dosa.

Really beautiful hotel surrounded by nature and with a tree in the middle! The room was nicely decorated and very clean we loved our stay here. Good location, only a small walk to shops and weligama bay. You also cross a really pretty river to get there. Tuktuks are also available everywhere if you didn’t want to walk.

The wifi was a bit on and off but overall excellent value for money and a lovely place to stay.

The host was so kind and welcoming! It was his daughter's birthday when we stayed and he even shared some cake and food with us! The room was perfectly clean with a comfy bed. AC was fantastic. Great value for money.

Janaka is a super nice and helpful host ! The place is quiet and comfortable yet close by everything you need. Rooms are simple but they’ve got all the necessary. Def one of the best places money/value I found in Sri Lanka.
