-Very friendly staff members who brought us to breakfast each morning free of charge and helped us with everything! -Super clean room with good AC -Very comfy bed -Fast and functional WiFi -Good shower and water pressure -Good location, near the beach which has lots of restaurants and right beside a convenience store -Highly recommend getting breakfast included as it was the best breakfast ever with some incredible views

Our room was just perfect to sleep 3 people, and very quiet despite being on a main road. Tea and coffee and a fridge provided and a shop downstairs which was very convenient. It was extremely clean too. Pramith was amazing who looked after us so well during our stay. The room was also really close to the beach just a short walk. Really good value for money. Breakfast was up the road 5 mins in a Tuk Tuk but absolutely delicious every day and beautiful sea views.

It is what other reviewers are saying. Pramith makes it extra special! He welcomes you with a delicious natural mango juice: one of the best I had there. The place is located on a busy road but they manage to isolate it very well and it is not bothering at all. Also, the rooms are facing the other way so it is not a problem at all. We had the room which has the bathroom outside, not outside the room, but it is part of the terrace. We actually really liked that! We preferred that it was not in the bedroom. Something that I found very special and does not happen often: there were 2 towels on the floor: one at the entrance of our bedroom and one for the bathroom. We found it very useful considering that everytime you take a shower everything is wet (this is the same almost everywhere in Sri Lanka) at least you can dry properly your feet when you go out of the bathroom. The breakfast is at a very nice location on the ocean! The place is also very close to the beach... maybe less than 100m. Thank you Pramith for making our stay extra special!

Everything was great!

This place is great, we only stayed for one night but it was fantastic. The location so close to the beach and bars is brilliant. Pramith is such a lovely lad, really kind and helpful. We had some issues with the atm across the road not dispensing cash and he came along with us the next day to speak to the manager himself. Although breakfast is a short Tuk Tuk away you will not be disappointed!

Spacious clean rooms and Pramith was amazing nothing too much trouble for him. Made our stay 5 star ..

Very clean and near to the main places and beaches. Lovely staff and amazing breakfast (in a wonderful terrace outside the hotel but easily reachable by a free tuk tuk). A special thanks to Pramith for welcoming and helping us during our staying. He is simply the best!!

A nice, cozy place, really close to Dickwella beach. The apartment had everything we needed. For breakfast they took us to another place next to the ocean, where we had the best breakfast during our 3 week stay in Sri Lanka. Big thanks to Pramith, who was a really kind and caring host and helped us a lot.

Great location a short walk to the beach. On the main road but you really don’t notice the traffic. I’d recommend you definitely book the breakfast option which is served at another hotel but is definitely worth the short free tuk tuk ride.
