Cozy and modern facilities, good location and warm water!

The location was perfect - quiet & close to the beach & main areas. The staff, specifically Pramith, was sooo kind & thoughtful with all our questions & gave good recommendations including their sister cafe where had the best hoppers we’ve had in Sri Lanka. Thank you

The room, bathroom and terrace are super clean and spacious. It’s is close to everything: store, pharmacy, bank, wine/beer shop, juice and snack shops. It’s is also super close to beach bars and restaurants for the sunsets. Also it’s close to surfing at hiriketiya. I took 2 lessons with an excellent instructor recommended by Beta’s Place. We loved the friendly helpful staff -Bramith. He always had a smile and was always ready to be helpful. We loved how our room had an outlet adapter, toothpaste, toothbrushes, flashlight, and free unlimited bottled water! We extended our stay and we highly recommend Beta’s place. Thank you Bramith and Beta.

Good sized rooms, excellent hospitality and prompt and responsive assistance with luggage or breakfast and tuk tuk.. Despite being on the main road, was quiet because of double insulation

We had all three rooms and so also had the fabulous top floor terrace to ourselves. Pramith the host was very attentive. The rooms were large and sound proofed to the main busy road.
