Very good value for the area and comes with it's own parking spot.

The location is up a hill, but Guilford is hilly so hardly the owners fault!

Great location for an event at G Live or to be close to Guildford high st. The outside space nice to relax in and the room was a very good size

Great communication from Richard and we were able to leave the car prior to check in which was fantastic. Water pressure in shower was excellent.

No pillowcases on one set of pillows which we didn't spot until the morning.

Quiet location , the host was lovely

Place could do with an update , there is a broken chair in the garden and it needs a better fan for hot weather and a tv , other than that it was OK 👍
