Being on a main road we found it hard to sleep and we could hear people in the other rooms

Kim was very friendly and the room had everything needed. I think it's probably perfect for conferences as right opposite conference centre. I only haven't put superb for everything because if you wanted for a romantic weekend away you'd probably go a bit more plush, but for my needs (a good, comfy, clean, friendly place for the night) it was perfect.

Clear instructions on how to access the property cleanliness of room and good shower. The toiletries provided very good - I had forgotten my shampoo!

Three flights of stairs were on occasion a challenge but nothing else worth mentioning.

It was a lovely little boutique hotel. The room was clean and it had everything I required for my stay. The parking permit was a great bonus, so hassle free parking. Location is also great as it's central to Harrogate so all in all, can definitely recommend.

Perfect for Harrogate and convention centre

There wasn’t a breakfast option, but the room was walking distance to the town centre. Kim kept in touch, and check in and out was very easy.

It was all very nice, just really what you expect now.

Welcoming, nice breakfast, good power shower. Ideally situated, easy to find and adequate parking spaces nearby. Kim was super welcoming and most pleasant.

Nothing springs to mind although i couldnt find a place to record my mobile number when booking.

Perfect location. Excellent communication with the host. Great continental breakfast offering.
